What information will I need in order to make a warranty claim?

If you purchased your mattress from a retailer, you must contact the retailer's customer service department. If the retailer is no longer in business, you can contact us by phone, mail or email. However, you will be required to have the original proof of purchase, which will provide us valuable information about your product. You will be asked to fill out a warranty request form & include pictures of the mattress.

Protect your investment

Although our warranty is quite comprehensive, there are a number of simlple requirements you should follow from the very first day of delivery. Here is a summary of Do's & Dont's that will protect you mattress & warranty. See our online warranty card for complete details.

  • Do: buy a proper mattress protector to prevent accidental staining
  • Do: buy an approved bedframe that supports the center of the boxspring
  • Do: keep your original bill of sale, warranty card & law tags
  • Do: rotate & vacuum your mattress every three months
  • Don't: Allow anyone to jump up & down on the mattress
  • Don't: Use an inappropriate bedframe which does not have center support
  • Don't: Bend the mattress more than 25 degrees for any reason
  • Don't: Attempt to move the mattress by yourself
  • Don't: Place a board between the mattress & the boxspring
  • Don't: Place your mattress near an open flame or smoke in bed
  • Don't: allow your mattress to get wet, including natural perspiration
  • Don't: use dry cleaning fluid of any type to clean spills
